Position Overview
You are a strategic sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — driving new contracts in the $50K – $750K ARR range and professional services engagements from $100K to $2.5M. Your ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex sales motions, and deliver tailored solutions will directly fuel our growth and strengthen our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities leveraging outbound and inbound strategies and efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Client Delivery teams to align messaging and solution positioning with customer needs.
- Proactively work to understand client challenges and propose tailored harpin AI solutions that address pain points and unlock business value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create sales enablement tools including pitch decks, solution one-pagers, objection handling guides, and training resources.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, providing insights to inform service offerings, delivery enhancements, and product strategy.
- Diligently leverage the CRM (HubSpot) to report sales activity, communicate pipeline status, and provide accurate forecasts to senior leadership.
- Support pre-sales and scoping activities in collaboration with Client Delivery leadership to ensure alignment, seamless implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, data services, or professional services environments. Hospitality, e-Commerce/retail industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative selling model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate with autonomy while also being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and tools (CRM, SOW development, etc.).
- Passion for AI and/or data-driven services is a plus.

- Always acts in a professional, proactive, and “can-do” manner
- Collaborates with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to build scalable sales materials and processes that enable new hires to ramp quickly.
- Establishes strong client relationships that contribute to future renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Acts as a strategic partner to the harpin AI Solution Engineering, Client Delivery, Client Success & Account Management, and Product teams to ensure value-driven engagements.
