Position Overview

The Sales Strategy and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in Harpin AI’s Catalyst team, working at the intersection of sales strategy, data analytics, and operational design for enterprise clients especially within hospitality call center environments.

This role acts as both a Sales Strategy Subject Matter Expert and Client Consultant, helping clients identify, quantify, and capture revenue and efficiency opportunities through data-driven insights and AI-enabled solutions. The focus is on improving call center performance, optimizing sales processes, and reducing operational costs through intelligent automation, workflow redesign, and integration of Harpin’s AI toolset into client ecosystems.

As part of the Catalyst team, you’ll collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers to deliver measurable client outcomes using Harpin’s prototype-driven approach to diagnose operational bottlenecks, visualize improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Strategy & Qualification

  • Partner with Harpin’s Sales and Solutions Engineering teams during early-stage engagements to identify high-ROI opportunities and align them with Harpin’s Catalyst framework
  • Conduct sales performance and contact center efficiency analyses using CRM and operational data.
  • Support proposal development by quantifying potential ROI and articulating operational value in client-facing materials.
  • Contribute to client readiness assessments and pre-sales workshops to evaluate data maturity, KPIs, and call center process gaps.

Client Engagement & KPI Optimization

  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in hospitality, travel, and gaming to define, refine, and achieve business KPIs.
  • Diagnose the root causes of underperformance in sales and service operations (e.g., missed upsell moments, excessive handle times, low conversion rates).
  • Develop and validate hypotheses using real client data and rapid prototypes built by Harpin’s Catalyst team.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable operational recommendations, system improvements, and process changes.

Operational Design & Prototyping

  • Work with Solution Architects and Product Owners to design prototypes that demonstrate measurable value that integrate Harpin tools (Illuminate, Momentum, Beacon) with client systems such as Salesforce CRM, Data Warehouse, Property Management, Workforce Management, and Chatbot platforms
  • Serve as the domain expert on sales operations and contact center processes during prototype design and iteration cycles.
  • Participate in prototype validation sessions and executive reviews to ensure alignment between business goals, data findings, and technical feasibility.

Continuous Value Realization

  • Lead ROI tracking, KPI dashboards, and performance reviews across post-deployment phases of Catalyst engagements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to define ongoing optimization strategies and identify adjacent use cases for expansion.
  • Support development of case studies and playbooks that demonstrate measurable business outcomes and best practices.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Contact Center Optimization, preferably within large enterprise or hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrated success improving sales performance and operational efficiency through process design, analytics, and enablement tools.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, data visualization (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent), and KPI development and tracking
  • Strong understanding of call center operations, sales funnel management, and revenue attribution modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into data-backed solutions and communicate findings effectively to executive audiences.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or gaming industries
  • Exposure to AI or data-driven optimization tools and workflow automation systems.
  • Familiarity with Harpin AI’s Catalyst engagement model, including prototype-driven solutioning and ROI-based delivery frameworks
  • Salesforce certification or hands-on expertise in configuring and analyzing CRM workflows.
