Position Overview
harpin AI is seeking a versatile Senior UX Designer to join our team, where you’ll design custom, enterprise-grade user experiences tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
This role blends design thinking with client collaboration — creating intuitive, engaging solutions that address client needs while solving for real-world complexity. You’ll be at the center of bridging product vision with practical execution, working hand-in-hand with product owners, engineers, and client stakeholders to bring user-centered experiences to life from whiteboard to implementation.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong UX skillset, a flexible mindset, and a passion for solving complex problems through elegant, intuitive design. You’ll incorporate generative AI tools throughout your design process to accelerate ideation, iteration, and delivery — balancing creative exploration with business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Custom UX Solutions: Translate client goals into thoughtful, effect design solutions that reflect unique workflows, data needs, and business contexts, while keeping users at the heart of the solution
- Accelerate with AI: Actively challenge and evolve traditional design processes by incorporating generative AI tools alongside Figma to drive faster experimentation, ideation, and iteration cycles
- Iterate Based on Insight: Continuously refine designs using data-driven insights, performance analytics, user feedback, and usability testing to improve product effectiveness and user satisfaction
- Collaborate Closely with Clients: Partner with client stakeholders to understand goals and industry-specific use cases as well as align on design direction
- Support End-to-End Delivery: Work in lockstep with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless collaboration, implementation and delivery of client solutions
- Champion the User: Advocate for simplicity, usability, and accessibility — especially with data-heavy and complex user experiences
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, including 2+ years in a senior-level role
- Strong portfolio showcasing elegant, intuitive experiences across both user-facing responsive web apps and internal enterprise tools, grounded in enterprise UX best practices
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools, with a bias toward AI-based tools, automation, plugins, and system thinking to drive faster, smarter design output
- Deep curiosity and conviction around the role of AI in reshaping design — from research and UX patterns to process transformation, ideally with hands-on experience using advanced generative AI tools
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially in client-facing environments
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and customer feedback loops
