Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Product Owner to help define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that enhance our AI-driven platform for data management and workflow automation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product excellence, from discovery through delivery, and will work closely with both engineering and services teams to configure and deploy Harpin’s solution within complex enterprise environments.

The Product Owner will also act as a key interface between customer-facing delivery teams and internal product development, helping translate real-world deployment insights into actionable product improvements.

Success in this role will be measured by on-time delivery of prioritized features, adoption and usage metrics

What You Will Do

Product Vision & Roadmap

  • Translate business goals and customer needs into a clear, actionable product backlog.
  • Work with leadership to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and architectural investments aligned with Harpin’s vision.
  • Ensure backlog items are well-defined with user stories, acceptance criteria, and business context.

Execution & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the sprint cycle to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature demos.
  • Ensure product documentation and release notes are accurate and reflect delivered functionality.

Deployment & Enterprise Integration

  • Collaborate with Harpin’s services and delivery teams to support configuration, deployment, and integration of the product in large enterprise environments.
  • Incorporate deployment and operational feedback into product planning to improve scalability, usability, and implementation efficiency.
  • Ensure that enterprise use cases and environment-specific needs are reflected in the roadmap and product design.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal delivery teams in prioritization and feature decisions.
  • Engage regularly with clients and delivery teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities for product-driven improvements.
  • Support the rollout of new features through documentation, training materials, and customer enablement efforts.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use data and qualitative feedback to assess product adoption and performance.
  • Propose and implement improvements in product development practices and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Champion a product-led culture with a focus on continuous learning and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Experience collaborating with professional services, implementation, or delivery teams to support enterprise deployments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data workflows, API-based integrations, and identity or PII data challenges.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience in the hospitality, e-commerce, or retail sectors.
  • Exposure to machine learning, data quality, or identity resolution systems.
  • Prior involvement in pre-sales or post-sales solution delivery.
